Guest Marketing Discounts

Have a group of friends or family interested in joining you on our tour? Are you a yoga teacher with a following of students who would like to experience sacred India? If so, we can offer you a huge discount. To qualify for this tiered discount, you must bring a minimum of 4 guests to receive the starter 50% discount on your tour fees. The discount increases with more guests. We’ve had a few Marketing Partners bring 7+ guests, and their tours were completely free. Referral guests are in addition to the Referral Partner. Discount only applies to the Referral Partner. Guests must pay the full tour fee.

Plan Discounts:

– Bring 4 Guests: Partner receives a 50% discount on your tour fees. International airfare is not included.
– Bring 5-6 Guests: Partner receives a free tour. International airfare is not included.
– Bring 7+ Guests: Partner receives a free tour + $1500 payment towards your airfare.

Tour Operator Partnerships

Are you interested in starting a new tour or retreat business in India? Starting in 2024, Sevanti Adventures will support tour and retreat organizers in creating life-changing travel experiences in India. Our advice? Partner with us.
Sevanti Adventures has been offering India tours since 2001. We learned from years of logistical wins and mistakes. Allow us to help you avoid the errors of group travel in India. Take advantage of our seasoned team and our knowledge of India travel, tour marketing, sales, social media, branding, group safety, group health, local excursion options, communications, and how to fill a retreat. We’ve led more than 20 tours, and all have been successful, safe, and life-changing experiences.

Basic Plan:

Includes India tour consulting and use of the Sevanti Adventures itinerary, partners, travel agents, and logistics team on the ground in India. Sevanti Adventures fees: 15% of the tour gross revenue.
Sevanti Adventures will support you with the following:
– Rights to use the same or similar itineraries
– Rights to use the Sevanti Adventures website for reference or content
– Bookings at AyurSoma Ayurveda Palace in Kerala
– Use of travel agent resources and logistics expertise
– Phone or Zoom meetings to help develop your tour itinerary
– Zoom meetings with tour guests on what to do and expect on tour, how to plan and prepare for the tour, international flight booking tips, AyurSoma insights (basic Ayurveda principles, Kerala Ayurveda treatments, early arrivals), excursion best practices (Hindu temples, tipping, cultural etiquette), what to pack, staying healthy, etc
– Consulting on tour logistics, transportation, local guides, excursion options, operations, and safety issues

Premier Plan:

Includes the Basic Plan plus targeted marketing and branding support. Sevanti Adventures fees: 15% of the tour gross revenue. Designed for first-time tour and retreat operators and travel guides who want to create a safe and enjoyable India tour, retreat, or travel business.
Basic Plan services plus:
– India tour business coaching on how to build their brand and how to build a tour business in the US.
– Marketing support: promotion on the Sevanti Adventures website and newsletters, links to their website
– 24/7 phone access for logistical support during the tour
Please note: Sevanti Adventures tour guests and assistants must partner with Sevanti Adventures prior to starting their own India tour businesses. This was agreed to in the Liability and Cancellation Agreement signed before your tour. To protect our business, our tour partners in India (including retreat centers, travel agents, hotels, transportation, and guides) will only work with those in an active partnership with us.
