INCLUDED IN TOUR PACKAGE | The 2024 Journey to India & Nepal comprises two tour segments— the Sacred Sap Retreat in Kerala (South India), and the Post Retreat Tour in Varanasi (North India) and Kathmandu (Nepal). The Sacred Sap Retreat is based at the gorgeous AyurSoma Ayurveda Royal Retreat. The focus of our time will be Ayurveda treatments that rejuvenate the body and mind. We’ll take a few excursions to nearby Shiva and Kali temples and tour the lush Backwaters. The Post Retreat Tour is adventure travel focused. We will tour the Ganges River, ancient temples, and bathing ghats in the old town of Varanasi. We will meet sadhus yogis and reflect on the path of Yoga. Then on to Katmandu and the Nepal Himalayas.
